What should I do if my product malfunctions while still under warranty?

In the event of defective products under warranty, Shellcurve assures statutory protection for its customers. For the repair or replacement of the defective item, simply return to the POP with the sales receipt.

How long is the warranty valid?

Shellcurve products are covered by a statutory warranty of two years from the date of purchase printed on the sales receipt. For this reason, remember to keep the receipt for the whole warranty period. Consumable items such as batteries are excluded from this warranty.

How long is the battery warranty valid?

Batteries are consumable items which progressively lose their autonomy with use. Battery life depends on various factors: the type of phone, the type of use, the external temperature (very high or very low) and the number of recharges. A battery normally begins to show signs of wear after 6/12 months. Ordinary battery consumption is not covered by warranty, unless anomalous (i.e. lower than this period). The mechanical parts, contact and battery cells are however covered by the warranty.
